Shipping Policy

Anora's standard delivery uses a combination of courier partners like Professional, DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, and others to deliver products across India at free of cost. You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, location, and availability of the product(s). All deliveries are processed within 24 hours (except public holidays) from the time of placing your order.
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as soon as possible and in perfect condition. The usual time taken is 1-4 business days in metros, 4-7 business days for the rest of India, and 2-3 weeks for International orders. However, sometimes due to unforeseen reasons like public holidays, extreme weather conditions like floods, earthquakes, Tsunamis, Political disruptions, etc., there can be unexpected delays in deliveries too. An email, SMS, and Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link.
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as Money to your Bank account which will reflect within 2-4 Business days of initiation.

 Return Policy

To ensure this, we have a refund policy for all our products. However, please note that this policy is subject to the following conditions:
1) Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition along with the dress tag you received as it was shipped out with all tags intact on the items. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a package unwrapping video along with the visual representation of the damages in the video and separate pictures. We accept returns only for damaged products.
3) We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. If there is any defect or damage on the product delivered to you then please get in touch with us at support@anoraworld.com within 7 days of delivery (subject to the product being unused).
